Ian Warford- Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ian Warford is a global financial services CEO with more than 30 years of leadership experience across wealth management, capital markets, insurance, banking, and fintech. He has built and led regulated businesses in Asia, Europe, and North America, secured multiple financial licences, and delivered large‑scale digital and AI‑driven platforms.

As Co‑Founder and CEO of FinAdvice, Ian leads strategy, regulatory architecture, and the development of the company’s AI‑native financial guidance platform. He designed and deployed a suite of agentic advisory systems that automate core financial planning and wealth management functions, enabling compliant, scalable guidance for advisors, workplace clients, and retail users.

Before FinAdvice, Ian founded and led Prudential’s wealth businesses in Singapore and Hong Kong, building full teams across distribution, investments, technology, operations, and compliance, and securing MAS and SFC licences. He also developed Prudential’s regional wealth strategy, supporting markets across Asia and Africa.

Earlier in his career, Ian held senior global roles at Deutsche Bank, Microsoft, and webMethods, where he led capital markets strategy, built enterprise platforms, and delivered major digital transformations across trading, risk, custody, and payments.

Ian holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering & Applied Physics from Aston University. He serves as a board representative and advisor across fintech, enterprise software, ESG, digital marketing, and AI tooling ventures.

Jeff Rajeck — Chief Architect

Jeff Rajeck is Chief Architect and Acting AI Developer at FinAdvice where he is designing and building an AI-native compliance solution for the financial advisor and wealth management industry. Drawing on a rare combination of financial markets experience, systems analysis, text analysis, analytics, and AI development, Jeff’s work focuses on turning complex regulatory, advisory, and operational requirements into practical, production-ready technology.

Originally from Chicago, Jeff has been based in Singapore for over 20 years, after earlier chapters in London, Manchester, and New York City. He began working with FinAdvice’s CEO, Ian, in 1996 at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London, where Jeff served as a technical systems analyst. They have continued to work together occasionally over the years, culminating in their current collaboration on FinAdvice.

Jeff’s career spans internet consulting, institutional banking technology, digital transformation, analytics-led recruitment platforms, marketing analytics, and AI systems delivery. He has delivered solutions for leading financial markets participants and blue-chip organisations, including Adidas, Amazon, Cathay Pacific, Dyson, Prudential, Rémy Cointreau, and Schroders Bank. Since 2022, he has worked on AI systems analysis, development management, and production deployment for clients including a Singapore executive training centre, an interdealer fixed income broker, an early childhood development centre, and a visa processing firm.

Jeff holds a BA in English from the University of Illinois, an MSc in Computing from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, and an MSc in Marketing specialising in Analytics, completed in 2020. His background gives him unusual fluency across language, compliance logic, financial products, system architecture, and applied AI — the exact intersection FinAdvice is built to serve.
